Nestled on over 1,000 ft of west-facing frontage is Quanahawasset on Damariscotta Lake, the perfect place to enjoy a quintessential Maine lake vacation. A private driveway leads you to the cottage, perched just 30 feet from the water's edge, ideally placed to be lulled to sleep by loon calls & the sound of the waves lapping the shore. By day enjoy swimming, kayaks, stand up paddle boarding, a canoe & then at night enjoy s'mores around the outdoor firepit, all while enjoying a magical sunset.
During the spring and fall months, the house is limited to accepting no more than 4 guests using only the two main floor bedrooms.
